Situated 300 m from the Allier river, this gîte is set in a beautiful character house comprising another gîte (H43G006297) with independent entrance and outdoor areas (back to back). Its location is ideal for lovers of fishing, relaxing by the river at 200 m (unsupervised swimming) and lazing on a pleasant sheltered terrace (20 m²). The gîte has a garage, a 75 m² enclosed courtyard and a 20 m² paved terrace. Nearby towns: St-Ilpize 3 km (village, castle remains), La Vialette beach 3 km away, with bar-grill, tennis court and children's playground Blassac 5 km (church, wall paintings), Lavoûte-Chilhac 7 km (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier, whitewater sports), Brioude 15 km (basilica, Hôtel de la Dentelle, old town, salmon house, weekly market, all shops and services). A film retracing the history of this village was shot in 2017, "Auzat l'Auvergnat".

On the first floor, a large gaming room with ping-pong table and games for Kids, a fishing area and a laundry room with shower area. 1st floor, also accessible from outside via a beautiful stone staircase, a dining room with lounge area (TV, open fireplace, wood extra charge €20/brass), leading to the covered terrace with built-in barbecue, a separate kitchen, 1 separate toilet with washbasin area.

2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 90), bathroom, wc. Oil-fired central heating at extra cost according to consumption. Baby equipment: bed, playpen, chair, changing mat, bottle warmer, cutlery, bathtub, indoor and outdoor games, potty. No WIFI in the accommodation but good 4G connection. A €80 cleaning deposit will be required if you have not taken the cleaning option.
