Designed and rebuilt with vacation memories in mind, it lives up to its name perfectly! You won't be able to resist the warm ambience of this living room, with its bay windows overlooking nature and its charming wood-burning stove. The rooms, with their varied composition, are well suited to the needs of groups. You'll love the perfectly exposed terrace, the surrounding grounds and the tranquil setting. And if you're still in any doubt, any activity or leisure activity can be reached by foot, bike or car from Le Villaret. This gîte is a memory-making machine!

The ground floor comprises a living room opening onto the terrace, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a toilet and a storeroom.
Upstairs, a sitting area with TV leads to the 3 bedrooms (one with 3 single beds, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 double bed and an alcove with 1 bunk bed), shower room and WC.

Outside, there's a 50m2 secure annex for your bikes or other equipment.
