In the heart of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, 2 hours from Clermont-Ferrand and 1h30 from Lyon, lies the town of Le Puy-en-Velay. Lou Marcet is located in the heart of the town, and Agnès will welcome you to her newly renovated townhouse, ideally situated for exploring the town of Le Puy-en-Velay and the surrounding countryside. Close to the historic center (public transport or 20min walk) and the many monuments of the city. A little further afield (a few minutes by car): discover the Lac du Bouchet, the Beaume waterfall and the incredible landscapes of the volcanic Plateau. A little further afield: the gîte is ideally located for discovering the south-east of the département, as well as the north of Lozère and Ardèche. Whether you're here for a weekend or longer, you'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Services included: heating, bed linen and towels, cleaning and WIFI.

On the outskirts of Le Puy, on the way to the south of France, lies the Taulhac neighborhood. "Lou Marcet" is located on the neighborhood’s main avenue.
The house has a basement garage where you can park your vehicle.
The property is accessible at ground level via the sidewalk, which leads to a small terrace equipped with privacy screens to shield you from traffic.
The entrance to the holiday cottage is through a veranda, which opens onto the ground floor. On this level, you’ll find a living room with a kitchen and lounge area, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet.
On the first floor, there’s a second bedroom in the attic (with 5’9” ceiling height) and a bathroom with a toilet.

The holiday cottage is equipped with soundproof double-glazed windows; the sound insulation is very effective, so from the inside, when everything is closed, it is completely silent.
For your comfort, the holiday cottage is equipped with air conditioning, which will be very welcome during the summer months.

The gîte is located on a busy city thoroughfare, implying traffic noise when you are outside. However, the soundproofing inside is excellent.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the bathroom must be in a clean state), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.
