2h from Clermont-Ferrand and 1h30 from Lyon, ideally located in a quiet street in the old town of Le Puy-en-Velay, is "Les toits Aniciens". Héloïse and Julien, the owners, have rehabilitated this apartment with remarkable talent! We've thought of everything so that you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind: top-quality, fully-equipped rooms, bright rooms with a marvellous view over the city's rooftops, and a refined, meticulous decor featuring beautiful furniture, fine stonework and several varieties of plants! Leaving from the gîte, you can discover the town of Le Puy en Velay, its famous cathedral and other UNESCO World Heritage buildings, the Saturday morning market, and many other places of interest... Nearby, you can discover the Polignac fortress, the Bois des Seigneurs, the Pinatelle du Zouave or the Aiguilhe rock... A little further afield, discover the nuggets of the Haute-Loire: the Allier valley, the valley of the young Loire or the Mezenc plateau! For your comfort: bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the price.

The apartment is located above the owners' home on a street offering free parking (no private parking space). After climbing a few steps outside, you enter through a hallway leading to a laundry room, a bathroom, a toilet and the main room, which is extremely bright and comfortably furnished with a fully-equipped kitchen, a living area and a sitting area with a small bookcase, TV and WIFI internet access. (Telework possible) The first bedroom is equipped with a 160/200 bed, the second with two 90/200 beds, which can also be twinned (180/200). Finally, a small spiral staircase leads to a small mezzanine "play/relaxation area" with a sumptuous view over the City.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
