Detached house (120 m²) with enclosed grounds (160 m²) and open land, within the ramparts of the fortified castle of a picturesque village on the banks of the Loire. The village of Arlempdes (altitude 870 m) is listed as one of France's most beautiful villages. Beautiful beaches (reservoirs) for bathing (unsupervised) on the banks of the Loire at Arlempdes. FISHING ACTIVITIES: fishing in 1st category rivers (Loire and tributaries), "no kill" fishing possible, information available from the owner. Attractions: remains of the first Loire château, village of Arlempdes (listed as one of France's most beautiful villages), Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc (birthplace of the Loire), Auberge Rouge de Peyrebeille and its history, La Beaume waterfall, the town of Le Puy-en-Velay (old town, cathedral, Notre Dame de France statue, Saint-Michel chapel). All shops and services in Costaros (7km). Markets: Monday in Costaros (7km), Tuesday in Landos (7km), Wednesday in Coucouron, Thursday in Yssingeaux and Saturday in Le Puy-en-Velay (place du Plot, 25km).

This gîte is located at the southern tip of the Auvergne region, just a few kilometers from the Ardèche and Lozère regions.

We carefully renovated it in early 2017, respecting its original character.

First floor: living room with fireplace, large living room (TV) opening onto covered terrace with open-plan kitchen.

1st floor: 1 bedroom with mezzanine (2 double beds).

Garden level: 2 bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 crib), 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 wc.

Baby equipment: high chair, bed, toilet reducer....

Supplement per pet: €30
Sheets 1 bed / Sheets 2 beds / Bathroom linen / Household linen : 15€.
Wood for fireplace: 3€ per load (1st load free)

Included in the price: end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the bathroom must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limits of reasonable consumption.
