The village of Autrac lies on the borders of the Haute-Loire, Cantal and Puy de Dôme departments, in an unspoilt environment. It's here that Antony and Michelle have just renovated a family home and transformed it into a pleasant vacation home. The undeniable advantage of this lovely house is its proximity to the owners' farm, who will be delighted to show you their work and their animals! Table d'hôte available on request. On-site: discover life on the farm, take a walk, observe the local flora and fauna. Nearby: Animal park at Ardes sur Couze, visit to one of France's most beautiful villages "Blesle"... Set in enclosed grounds with lawns and a lovely calade terrace.

Entrance to the house is via the living room, which is equipped with a wood-burning stove. The fully-equipped kitchen (small appliances, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.) is on the same level (2 steps).
A laundry room completes this level.

A first bedroom is accessible on the second floor (above the kitchen), with 2 90cm beds and a shower room. The second bedroom is accessed via the landing. It is equipped with a 140cm bed.
The third bedroom, above the living room, has a double bed (140cm) and a shower room.

There is no communication between the two bedrooms via the first floor.
