Set in wooded surroundings on the edge of the Forest du Meygal, this Holiday cottage is a large, detached stone house with 2 pleasant terraces (8 and 9 m²) and 200 m² of private, unenclosed grassed grounds with play equipment for Kids. Nearby: Lac bleu, Forest du Meygal on site, St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km away (church, Jules Romains museum, climbing site, all shops and services).

The owners' parents are responsible for the reception and make available part of their shared plot of land (1500 m²).

The first floor comprises a dining room with fully-equipped kitchenette, communicating with a large living room with closed hearth fireplace, and a separate toilet in the laundry room.

The 1st floor is divided into 2 independent modules, each with 2 bedrooms (i.e. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) each and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm)), 1 shower room and 1 toilet on each side.

Services provided by the owners:
- Oil-fired central heating included in the price. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.
- Baby equipment: cot, high chair and bathtub on request.
- Cell phone available in the gîte.

Services available on request:
Cleaning service: €50 (payable on site).
Bed linen rental: €7/bed for 1 person, €8/bed for 2 persons (payable on site).

A deposit of €120 is required on arrival.
