Les Hirondelles

In the heart of the Auvergne, on the border between the Haute-Loire and Puy-de-Dome regions, the village of St Beauzire is ideally situated. At La Vialette, in a green setting, you'll find the gîte "des Hirondelles", an old farm building restored and fitted out with care. Here, everything has been thought out with your comfort in mind: outside, a large terrace is at your disposal, as well as a large enclosed grassy courtyard where your children can play in peace and quiet, enclosed by walls and a gate. Inside, the living areas are spacious and fully equipped, and the decor is carefully crafted with modern colors and tastefully restored antique furniture. Nearby: The village of Blesle, classified as "France's most beautiful village", the picturesque village of Léotoing, the small town of Brioude, with its remarkable basilica and numerous shops and events. A little further afield: Clermont-Ferrand and Le Puy-en-Velay are 45 minutes away, Puy de Sancy and Mont d'Or are just over an hour away, as is Aurillac and its famous street arts festival....

Entrance to the gîte is via a large living room with kitchen and dining area, and on the same floor a lovely bedroom and laundry room.

Halfway upstairs, you'll find an efficiently laid-out shower room with single-basin unit, shower and toilet.

On the second floor is the living room, magnificently lit by a huge bay window, and also perfectly equipped: sofas, flat-screen TV, numerous board games are at your disposal. Finally, 2 bedrooms complete this floor.
