Les Hauts de Longeval

In the heart of the wide-open spaces of the Margeride, Les Hauts de Longeval occupies the upper part of a small village close to the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela. Set in 400 m² of enclosed grounds, this detached house is an old 19th-century farmhouse with a well-oriented terrace (28 m²). Near Saugues (4.5 km): collegiate church, chapel, bête du Gévaudan museum, English tower, swimming in the ecological lake, weekly market, all shops and services, summer festivals.

The first floor comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting room with a wood-burning stove. There is also a shower room with toilet and a storeroom.

The 1st floor features an open-plan living area with unobstructed views of the outside, as well as 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a bathroom and 1 separate toilet.

For your convenience, all utilities are included in the price.

Baby equipment: folding bed, high chair and changing mat.

Sheet rental: 10 €/bed
Bathroom linen: 10 €/pers.
End-of-stay cleaning: 60 €.
A deposit of €300 is required on arrival.
