This charming village on the banks of the Loire is the ideal place to discover the many facets of our magnificent département. The Holiday cottage "des bords de Loire" is a recent construction, offering all the comforts you'd expect. The exteriors are beautifully landscaped and organized so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings! Inside, the decor is designed to create a Zen atmosphere, conducive to relaxation. The Holiday cottage has 2 private parking spaces, one of which is covered, on an enclosed plot. Nearby: voie verte, Beaume waterfall, protected sites in the Loire Valley, UNESCO World Heritage monuments in Le Puy en Velay. All shops and services in the village.

Set in 670 m² of enclosed, landscaped grounds, the house is accessed via an entrance hall opening onto the living room. Ground floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, bedroom no.1 with 1 x 160x200 bed (accessed via 2 steps), separate shower room (Italian shower) and separate toilet.

On the second floor, you'll find a sitting area and two further bedrooms (Bedroom n°2 with 1 bed 140x190 and Bedroom n°3 with 1 bed 140x190), an independent shower room (shower cubicle) and a separate toilet.
Access to the terrace, equipped with a lounge, garden furniture under a "summer kitchen" and a plancha.

Optional extra: Sheets for hire (fitted sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases) at €15/bed for the stay (€16 for 2026).
