Whether you're looking for a place to get together with family or friends, to celebrate a special event, or to organize an associative stay, this gîte will meet all your expectations. The gîte is located in a former vacation camp and can comfortably accommodate 43 people. You'll enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen and spacious living areas. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: 7 double rooms, 1 quadruple room, 1 family room/5 people, and 3 room-boxes (2 for 6 people and 1 for 8 people). Just a stone's throw from the Lac de Malaguet nature reserve, the gîte offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and serenity. Nature lovers will be delighted by the nearby hiking, mountain biking and other outdoor activities. Enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area as you explore the picturesque trails. For larger events, you can reserve the reception room located next door to the gîte (additional option from €150).

The gîte is composed as follows:
FIRST FLOOR:
A reception hall, a large lounge area, a kitchen and dining room, 5 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a sanitary area.

SECOND FLOOR:
2 double bedrooms, one bedroom for 4 people, one family bedroom for 5 people, all with en suite facilities, 2 room-boxes for 6 people and 1 room-box for 8 people.


Accommodation options :
- Heating / accommodation: 116€ per day if used
- Towel hire: €2.50 per person
- Sheet hire: single beds 5€ / double beds 8€ / sack sheets 3 €.


For large-scale events, you can reserve the entertainment room adjoining the gîte (rented only to gîte occupants).

Optional personalized services:
- Room rental: from €150 per day
- End-of-stay cleaning package/room and common areas: €90.
- Heating/entertainment room: €40/day.
- Sound system, microphone and lighting rental: 75€/day.
- Depending on a quote drawn up in advance of your stay, the owners can also offer you a refrigerated display case with an assortment of drinks, and catered or self-service meals.
