In the immediate vicinity of the Holiday cottage, there are numerous hiking and mountain bike trails, accessible to sports enthusiasts of all levels. Just a 2-minute drive from Monistrol-sur-Loire, the Holiday cottage is within easy reach of shops, services, markets and local produce. La Séauve-sur-Semène is also just a few minutes away. Leisure activities in the area include hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, accrobranche (tree climbing), Piscine, Espace bien être Spa, escape game, golf and canoeing. For sightseeing, you can easily discover the Loire gorges, the Château de Rochebaron in Bas-en-Basset, the Himalayan footbridge, water sports centers, as well as several climbing sites and villages of character. Thanks to its convenient location, the Holiday cottage is within easy reach of Saint-Étienne in around 25 minutes, Le Puy-en-Velay in around 45 minutes, and Lyon in around 1h15. An ideal address for enjoying nature while remaining close to major routes.

The Holiday cottage is located on an unfenced plot, in the heart of an environment open to nature. Access is via an outside staircase leading to a pleasant terrace with unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside. As soon as you enter, you'll discover a warm, functional interior designed for comfort and conviviality. The living room, combined with a fully equipped kitchen, invites you to share pleasant moments. On the same level, the night space features three master suites, each with a double bed and carefully decorated around the theme of the seasons, offering comfort and privacy for all. On the second level, an attic space completes the ensemble, with a bedroom equipped with two 90x200 beds (which can be twinned as required), a mezzanine with a 140x190 bed, and a reading and play area ideal for Kids. A separate toilet and extra beds (sofa bed and 120cm bed) complete this floor. In the basement, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is at your disposal. Outside, you'll find ample space for relaxing, including a pétanque court, table tennis table and darts board for convivial outdoor moments.
For your convenience, prices include cleaning, bed linen, towels and utilities (on your departure, please ensure that the Holiday cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition; electricity consumption is 16KwH per day).
