This Semi-detached house has a superb view of the Meygal Forest. A large plot of unfenced land surrounded by dry-stone walls is at your disposal. The entrance is separate from the owner's house and is not overlooked. Pailhaire is a quiet hamlet in the commune of Saint-Étienne-Lardeyrol, 15 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay and its UNESCO World Heritage monuments. On-site: several signposted PR trails pass right by the Holiday cottage (circuit des Deux Huches PR 451), mountain biking, trail running, in the village: Ecurie De La Bruyère for horse and pony rides. Nearby: via ferrata du Puy de Juscles (4km), with a magnificent panorama of Europe's first volcanoes! All shops and services (gas station, mini-markets, tobacconist/newsagent, post office and restaurants) in Blavozy (7 km) or Rosière (6 km). The Holiday cottage is close to the Gorges de la Loire, where you'll find all the sports and leisure activities you need: canoeing, municipal swimming pool, fortified castles overlooking the Loire, villages of character, Lake Valette and its Base de loisirs.

This renovated farmhouse welcomes you on two levels.

A bright ground floor includes a living room with a fitted kitchen area, a dining area and a laundry room with WC.

Upstairs are two bedrooms with 140 cm bedding, a shower room and separate toilet. The living room includes a TV area and a large relaxation area with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, and a mezzanine serving as an office area. A baby umbrella and high chair are provided free of charge.
