L'épi'curien

The remarkable village of Mèzeres lies close to the main roads leading to Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in a green and peaceful setting perched on a spur of basalt organs. The "L'épi'curien" gîte is set in an ideal setting, where nature, open spaces and local heritage come together in harmony. Pleasantly designed and furnished, this little cocoon is ideally situated for discovering the many nuggets of the Haute-Loire! Services included: bed linen, towels, cleaning. 10kw free, electricity billed according to actual consumption. On site: Take advantage of the many hiking trails adapted to different levels, and admire the local flora and fauna! Nearby: Discover several remarkable sites: Les ravins de Corboeuf, les moulins de Blanlhac, la chapelle de Glavenas, le Moulin du Pinard, la Vallée de la Loire... A little further afield: Visit the charming town of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many Unesco World Heritage buildings, refresh yourself with a swim in Lac du Bouchet, wander through the Meygal forest in search of the blue lake, climb one of the peaks of Mont Mezenc... The Haute-Loire is sure to delight you with its diversity of landscapes and activities!

Set in enclosed, private grounds, in a typical farmhouse, the former living quarters have been completely renovated to create a very comfortable vacation home!

The entrance opens onto a living room with kitchen and lounge area. A laundry room and toilet complete this floor.

Upstairs, a comfortable bedroom leads to a shower room with Italian shower and toilet.

The house is adjoined by a "barn" used as storage by the owner (no nuisance to be expected).

The gîte is designed for two people, but on request the owners can install an extra bed in the bedroom.
