Characterized by its linden tree which stands majestically in the courtyard (1500 m²), this beautiful property was once an independent farm, now completely renovated into a spacious and comfortable gîte, in a village overlooking the wild Lignon gorges. Nearby: local greenway, climbing site 1 km away, Grazac 1 km away (priory, Maison de l'Escargot, gorges du Lignon, shops), Lavalette leisure center 8 km away (swimming, sailing, rowing), Yssingeaux 9 km away (town hall, sucs, museum, Neyrial leisure center, all shops and services, bowling, cinema, theater). New: the Gorges du Lignon footbridge, the longest in France (260 m long and 63 m high), a 30-minute walk away.

Outside, you'll find a large covered terrace ideal for sheltered meals, and a garage for your bicycles - ideal for taking full advantage of the greenway that passes just a few meters from the Holiday cottage.

On the first floor, the kitchen (with storeroom) occupies the former living quarters of the farmhouse, while a large dining room with sitting area (TV, DVD player, table soccer, wood-burning stove) is set up in the former cowshed. A laundry room and separate toilet are also accessible on this level.

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (140cm), 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 1 large bathroom with shower and bath, 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet.

- Bathroom linen hire: 6€/pers.
- Oil-fired central heating and hot water production extra, depending on consumption (count €15 per day on average (meter) from 15/10 to 30/04 (included the rest of the year). Wood for the stove provided free of charge.
