Le Saint Martin

Less than an hour from Clermont-Ferrand and 3 hours from Montpellier, in the heart of the charming village of Chambezon in the Haute-Loire region, you'll find the Holiday cottage Saint-Martin, an authentic family home entirely renovated by Jean-Claude. Formerly his parents' home, this house has been given a new lease of life, combining the cachet of the old with a warm, contemporary decor. You'll appreciate its generous living space and friendly atmosphere, ideal for stays with family or friends. Outside, the large open spaces invite you to relax in the garden and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Situated on the borders of the Haute-Loire, Puy-de-Dôme and Cantal regions, it's the ideal starting point for discovering the Auvergne. Nearby, you can go hiking through volcanic landscapes, explore the Allagnon and Allier gorges, or enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, mountain biking, swimming or canoeing. Heritage lovers can also visit the region's typical villages and remarkable sites. Rates include end-of-stay cleaning. The owner is unable to provide bed linen and towels, so it's up to you to make your own arrangements (2 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190).

The house is set in large, enclosed grounds, with a covered terrace, carport and secure storage area for sports equipment. The ground floor comprises a hallway leading to the living room with kitchen, shower room, toilet and utility room. On the first floor you'll find a double bedroom, shower room and separate toilet.
On the second floor you'll find a double bedroom, shower room and separate toilet. The second floor has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a third room has been converted into a baby room with a real cot. The Holiday cottage has no Internet access, but good 4G coverage.
