This large detached stone house, slightly isolated on the banks of a stream, is a former 19th-century family farmhouse and comprises 2 separate semi-detached gîtes with opposite access and grounds, 2.5 km from a medieval village. Nearby: medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont Bar peat bog... ) 2.5km, Lac de Malaguet 9km, La Chaise-Dieu (abbey church, sacred music festival...) 18km. All shops and services in Allègre (2.5km).

Belle maison au calme
3/5Maison typique en pierre avec cheminee l'hiver mais gardant agréable ment la fraîcheur l'été.
Elle est située près d'une rivière relaxante que l'on entend, beau jardin ombragé et fleuri pour être au frais l'été.
Gîte limitrophe mais résidants calmes.
Forêt a côté permettant d'aller courir ou faire du VTT. Parcours VTT menant à Allègre situé à côté avec boulangerie, bar, supérette et boucher (haut du village).. Excellent séjour au calme.- Cleanliness 3/5
