Le Rocher de la servante

Just 800m from the Cascade de la Beaume (a must-see in the Haute-Loire region) and fifteen minutes south of Le Puy-en-Velay, a few minutes' walk from the wild Loire Gorges and close to the Allier Gorges, this gîte is ideally located for discovering the many facets of the Haute-Loire region. The gîte is located in the owner's building, but not directly adjoining his house. It benefits from private, covered parking on an unfenced plot. Two terraces, one sunny and the other covered, allow you to enjoy meals outside, weather permitting.

Access to the covered terrace and entrance is via a gently sloping barn slope.

The living room features a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting area with TV and a dining area. Two under-roof bedrooms offer 4 beds: a large double room with the option of a cot, a room with 2 fixed single beds and a comfortable folding bed. Extra bed possible. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and an accessible toilet. An additional independent toilet is located next to the storeroom, which houses the washing machine and offers plenty of storage space.

Wood-fired heating with pellet stove and electric booster if required.
