1h30 from Clermont-Ferrand, 1h30 from Lyon and less than an hour from St Etienne, in the gorges of the Loire, lies the village of Retournac. Le repère de Léo" is located in Giraudon, a hamlet perched on the side of a mountain. This recently-renovated family home will provide the perfect setting for a fabulous vacation, whether you're a couple or a family! Here, nature surrounds you, and it's sure to dazzle you in every season! From the Holiday cottage: numerous Hiking trails suitable for all levels, ideal for observing and discovering the surrounding nature. Nearby: discover the Loire Valley, beaches with supervised swimming, a variety of water sports, the Corboeuf ravine and its singular landscapes, as well as numerous Shops within a 10-minute drive. Nearby: Le Puy-en-Velay and its remarkable UNESCO World Heritage sites, the village of Polignac, Yssingeaux and its famous Thursday morning Market, not forgetting the Mezenc plateau, ideal for outdoor activities.

This detached house is set in grounds of approx. 1,500 m², and features two terraces, one facing east for sunny breakfasts, the other facing west for late afternoons. The warm and friendly main living area features a wood-burning stove, an open-plan kitchen, a living room and a sitting area, plus separate WC. Upstairs, a landing with a library leads to a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with Bunk beds (90cm). This level also includes a shower room and separate toilet.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (although the gîte must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and bathrooms must be in a clean state), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.
