Le repère de Léo

1H30 from Clermont-Ferrand, 1h30 from Lyon and less than an hour from St Etienne, in the gorges of the Loire, lies the village of Retournac. Le repère de Léo" is located in Giraudon, a hamlet perched on a mountainside. This recently-renovated family home will provide the perfect setting for a fabulous vacation, whether you're a couple or a family! Here, nature surrounds you, and will undoubtedly dazzle you in every season! From the gîte: a wide range of hikes for all levels, nature observation and discovery. A little further afield: discover the Loire Valley, beaches with supervised swimming, a variety of water sports, the Corboeuf ravine and its singular landscapes, numerous shops 10 minutes away by car. A little further afield: discover the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings, the village of Polignac, the town of Yssingeaux and its famous Thursday morning market, the Mezenc plateau...

The house is set in approx. 1,500 m² of land, with two terraces, one facing east, the other west. The main living area, with wood-burning stove, comprises a kitchen, living room, sitting area and WC.

On the first floor, a landing has been converted into a sitting area: a library leading to a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with a single bed (90cm), a shower room and WC.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the gite must be tidy, dustbins and dishwasher emptied, bed linen grouped together in the same place, and bathrooms must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - any excess will be paid to the owners on site.
