Treat yourself to a peaceful interlude in the Haute-Loire, in the charming hamlet of Tressac, with a superb view of the Château de Polignac perched on its volcanic rock. Thanks to its many windows, this former farmhouse invites you to admire the panorama from different angles. Inside, the spacious rooms feature high ceilings in the living area, which is particularly bright thanks to its many skylights. A covered terrace and landscaped outdoor area allow you to enjoy meals and moments of relaxation to the full. Locally, you can enjoy signposted walks and hikes, discover the village and fortress of Polignac, and enjoy views over the volcanic landscapes of the Velay region. Nearby, discover the City of Le Puy-en-Velay, starting point of the Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route. The city's old town boasts numerous UNESCO World Heritage monuments, a lively Saturday morning Market and the famous Renaissance Fêtes du Roi de l'Oiseau, held every year on the third weekend in September. A little further afield, the Holiday cottage is an excellent base for exploring the whole of the Haute-Loire: the remarkable landscapes of the Mézenc plateau, the surprising Ravins de Corboeuf, the region's many lakes and the unspoilt villages of the Allier Valley.

In the heart of an atypical hamlet, the Holiday cottage is accessed via a gate leading to the exterior, which features a large, unoverlooked covered terrace. There's also a garage and a private outdoor parking Location. As you enter the house, you'll find a first master suite with a 140cm bed overlooking the inner courtyard, and a private bathroom with WC. Upstairs, you'll find the living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, espresso machine, oven, gas hob...), a sitting room with a fireplace and a fireplace. On the same level, a second master suite with a 140cm bed and a breathtaking view of the fortress, and private bathroom with bath and shower. A WC completes this level. On the second floor, a mezzanine offers a privileged view of the surrounding countryside.
