Le Rabiouze

Just 2 hours from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand lies the village of Arlempdes, famous for its castle overlooking the Loire, where the famous river is still pure and wild! Located in a hamlet near Arlempdes, Le Rabiouze is a former Bergerie (sheepfold) that has been completely renovated to create a fully-equipped, bright and tastefully-decorated gîte that fully complies with the criteria for the Eco-gîte label! The gîte is self-sufficient in electricity thanks to photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, a heat pump heating system, optimal insulation, etc. The owners wanted this renovation to have as little impact as possible on the environment and on nature, and they succeeded! On site, you can enjoy the exceptional view and admire the local flora and fauna, or take a stroll around the gîtes... A little further afield: visit the village of Arlempdes and its famous castle, hike part of the GR3 circuit along the wild Loire, discover Lac du Bouchet or Issarlès... A little further afield: visit Puy en Velay, the capital of the Haute-Loire region, where you'll find numerous UNESCO World Heritage monuments, as well as a wide range of events all year round.

The gîte is the former family sheepfold, set in 530 square meters of enclosed grounds.
The entrance opens onto a vast main room with a kitchen opening onto the living room and lounge.
The ground floor features 2 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 WCs.
On the second floor, 6 bedrooms, a bathroom, 3 shower rooms and 3 WCs. Double beds for couples, single beds for children or for friends!
Please note that despite the large number of beds, travelers must not exceed 15!

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the duration of the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the sanitary facilities must be in an acceptable state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limits of reasonable consumption.
