Le Presbytère

At the foot of the first fortress to crown the Loire, in the village of Arlempdes, the former presbytery has been converted into two adjoining Holiday cottages, with a total capacity of 12 people. The 2 Holiday cottages are pleasantly and functionally furnished, and communicate via an interior door. They open onto a 45 m² courtyard, with a breathtaking view over the Loire. Nearby attractions include Pradelles, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages, the Draught Horse Museum, vélorail... 12 km away, Lake du Bouchet 15 km away (fishing, supervised swimming), Lake Issarlès in Ardèche 25 km away, or Lake Naussac in Lozère 23 km away... All shops and Market in Costaros only 7 km away.

This holiday cottage consists of two separate units.

The first, rated 1 Épi and accommodating up to 8 people, features a kitchen on the ground floor that opens onto the living room (with a sofa bed and TV). Upstairs, it has three bedrooms (two 140-cm beds and four 90-cm beds), as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The second holiday cottage, rated 2 Épis and accommodating up to 4 people, features a living room (with a sofa bed and TV), a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, it offers two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds.

Electric heating is billed as an extra based on usage.

Located in a village listed among the most beautiful villages in France, the property enjoys a peaceful setting. The church bells ring only on rare occasions and remain silent most of the time.

A security deposit is required upon arrival and must be paid to the person at the front desk, unless it has already been secured via a credit card authorization. A cleaning fee of 130 € is available. Additional sheets can be provided upon request: 5 € for a single bed and 7.50 € for a double bed.
