Le Pradel

On the Mézenc plateau, just a stone's throw from the Haute Ardèche, lies the village of Les Estables. This family-run mid-mountain ski resort offers a gentle lifestyle in summer and winter alike. Cathy and Bernard's "Le Pradel" holiday cottage is located on their farm, 8 minutes' walk from the ski slopes. This magnificent, tastefully renovated chalet perfectly combines comfort and style: it's fully equipped, the living space is pleasant and the vast outdoors is perfect for discovering the farm's animals! If you're looking to recharge your batteries in the fresh air, the Holiday cottage du Pradel is the ideal place for a family vacation or a get-together with friends. Additional services available around the farm: Cathy invites you to discover her farm "On the farm" with various activities for kids and adults: - Family farm snacks - Pony or donkey rides (independent or accompanied) - Donkey trekking - Little farmer" workshop: discover farm work -For adults, discovery of the PDO "Fin Gras du Mézenc" and, depending on the season, an outing to discover the local flora and architecture. During these visits or workshops, you'll enjoy the ponies, donkeys, cows, calves, rabbits and other farm animals. You'll also be able to sample home-made snacks including jams, pancakes, hay syrup... Cathy welcomes all kinds of visitors, including schoolchildren, the disabled and people with reduced mobility. Just a few kilometers away: the village of Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille, the starting point for the Steevenson, with its many shops and two outstanding Museums (Museum of the School and Popular Beliefs), the village of Moudeyres, where you can discover the special features of thatched roofs, Mont Gerbier de jonc, and the famous springs of the Loire... A little further afield: In summer, there are two pleasant swimming spots: Lake Issarlès and Lake St Martial, the young gorges of the Loire, the City of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings. Pets allowed 2 maximum.

Entrance to the gîte is via an entrance hall leading to a sitting area and kitchen.
Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, complete this floor.
On the second floor, you'll find a first bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a second with 3 90cm beds and a large dormitory with 5 90cm beds and two shower rooms.
