Le Platane

Stone house located in a small village near the town of Grazac. Various activities nearby. Numerous hiking and biking trails. Base nautique du barrage de Lavalette 8km (swimming, sailing, pedal boats...). Tourist train with steam locomotive at Raucoules 12 km Yssingeaux 9 km, shops, cinema, bowling alley, tourist office and numerous restaurants, Via Fluvia (greenway) 200m away, Accrobranche 5 km away, Domaine de la Rouveure, Vélo rail in Dunières 19 km, numerous rivers for fishing. Le Puy en Velay( 38 km), where you can visit Notre Dame du Puy cathedral and the statue of Notre Dame de France overlooking Le Puy. St Etienne (45 km), mine museum, Le Corbusier site

On arrival, you'll find a magnificent, recently renovated farmhouse. On the first floor, two bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 140cm beds), separate WC.

The second floor features a large living room with fireplace and sitting area. There's a large dining table and a utility room with fridge, freezer and water point. A few steps lead down to the kitchen, with unobstructed views of the mountains and the 1000m2 grounds. The functional kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge) has a small dining area and access to the covered terrace with barbecue.

On the same floor, you'll find a bathroom as well as a shower room and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), the fourth a single bunk bed, and the last a double bed (90cm) and a single bed (140cm).

The owner also provides a pétanque court and parking spaces.

Bed linen and cleaning are included in the price. Internet connection and wood for the fireplace are provided free of charge.

Weekend rental: possibility of staying on Sundays until 2pm. (extra charge of €50 to be paid on arrival).

Please note 1 dog maximum per booking.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
