Gîte "Le Petit Ruban"

Le Petit Ruban. A pretty name for this pleasant semi-detached house at the gateway to the Parc Régional du Pilat and just a stone's throw from St Etienne's Cité du Design. This bed & breakfast converted into a gîte offers comfort in a secure setting (quiet street, enclosed courtyard, large grounds with children's play area). ATTENTION: To make it easier for you to organize your family reunions or get-togethers with friends, Hélène offers breakfast on request for stays of 1 to 3 nights (included).

Ground floor: the entrance hall leads to the living room-TV area, the laundry room and the vast Gllum is cool dining room opening onto the kitchen, with an additional toilet.

The first floor comprises 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room-WC. Chambre "Campagne" and Chambre "Les Embruns" are for 2 people. Chambre "La Forestière" sleeps 4, with the option of 2 extra beds for a total of 6 people.

The courtyard opening onto the façade is shared with the owners, who also offer access to a very pleasant flower-filled garden with children's games, an arbour for meals...and a few hens that will delight young and old alike.

For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival and utilities are included (excluding tourist tax). Please note that there is no internet access. Parking is available in the enclosed courtyard or close to the house, and a shelter is available for motorcycles. End-of-stay cleaning is available (€80, a deposit of the same amount will be requested on arrival).

Breakfast available (€6 per person per day).

Nearby: Discover the Gorges de la Semène, the Loire Valley at Aurec sur Loire (Respirando area), old industrial sites, children's activities, trails, water sports.
