The decoration is meticulous, with soft tones that highlight the rock on which the house is built, the living spaces are spacious and comfortable, the 2 bedrooms are each equipped with their own bathroom with bathtub, and finally, on the outside, the house has 2 vast terraces, one of which is covered and equipped with a spa for 3 people! Entrance to the house is via a hallway leading to a shower room on one side, a cellar on the other (useful for storing bicycles or other items) and a staircase leading to the second floor.
On this landing you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and lounge (top-of-the-range sofa bed) opening onto a first terrace.
On the second floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, vanity unit and toilet), followed by a second bedroom with a king-size bed.

The house is located on a small street with no parking (parking lot 100m away), so you can simply stop to unload your vehicles and then enjoy the peace and quiet of the street!
