The Holiday cottage has an unenclosed courtyard (70 m²), enclosed grounds to the side (400 m²), a large unfenced meadow and a 2-car carport. Gated access to the river.

First floor: living room/kitchen (raclette appliances), independent relaxation area (TV, stereo, wood-burning stove, wood supplied free of charge), storeroom, shower room, wc.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 140, 3 beds 90, 1 Kids' bed), shower room, wc.

For your convenience, utilities included in the price.

Additional services to be paid when booking or on site to the owners: - Linen hire: 8€ - Housekeeping: 80€, an equivalent deposit will be requested on arrival.

    Herzlicher Empfang von Didier.

    Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Wanderkarten und Sachbüchern bezüglich Haut-Loire und Auvergne.
    Plattenspieler mit Vinylplatten und CDs (französiche Musik 80 Jahre).

    Gute Lage zwischen historischen Orten wie Brioude und la Chaise-Dieux.

    Wanderungen, zumeist markierte Wege, direckt vom Ferienhaus. Höhenunterschiede zwischen 400 und 1000m.
    Naturnah. In der Nähe der Mühle wuchsen Orchideen, gelber Enzian, Margariten und wilde Narzisen.
    Schöne Täler mit Weitsichten.
    Viel Spass hat Knoefahrt auf Fluss Allier gemacht.

    Eier, Käse und Honig konnten wir direkt von Erzeugern oder auf den Märkten in der Umgebung kauften. Die Pflaumenmarmelade von Didier war lecker.

    Uns hat das Ferienhaus und die Umgebung sehr gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

    Petit havre de paix

    Ancien moulin situé près d'une route peu fréquentée. Accueil chaleureux. Calme et repos garantis. Au mois de mai, les genets sont en fleur, ce qui illumine le paysage. Gîte bien situé entre Brioude et la Chaise-Dieu dans une region très boisée. Commerces un peu loin.

    Formidable

    La maison est idéalement située : randonnées, visites culturelles, farniente au calme, tout est possible.
    L accueil de notre hôte ne démérite pas : la maison est parfaitement équipée, et les petites attentions comme le pot de confiture maison, les fromages du chevrier du coin, les pains au chocolat offerts, et les conseils de visite ont été fort appréciés.
    Tout comme pouvoir se réunir le soir autour d’une bonne flambée.
    Bref un séjour formidable.
    Cette maison est une pépite, merci .

    UNE MAISON TRES CONFORTABLE DANS UN ENVIRONNEMENT NATUREL ET CALME

    Très bon séjour, très bon accueil par le propriétaire. Maison très bien équipée, tant pour la cuisine que pour les équipements extérieurs (tables chaises de jardin). Larges espaces communs. La rénovation récente, tout en bois a été très bien faite et donne un superbe cachet. Je recommande.
