Le Moulin de la Brugère

This detached house is a restored former mill on the edge of the village and the Virlange stream. In a quiet, pleasant setting, you'll enjoy the terrace (50 m²) and the walled but unfenced grounds (150 m²). Near Saugues (8.5 km): all outdoor activities (swimming in an ecological lake, mountain biking, fishing, hiking), Beast of Gévaudan museum, English Tower, weekly market, all shops and services, summer festivals.

Access to the apartment is directly from the courtyard. The first floor is entirely on one level and accessible to people with reduced mobility. It comprises a large living room with open kitchen, including a sitting area (flat-screen TV) and a relaxation area around the wood-burning stove, a shower room with walk-in shower, a toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 140) and a laundry room equipped with a freezer and an additional fridge.
1st floor: two bedrooms (with two 140cm beds), a shower room and WC. Bunk beds (2 beds 90) are also available as an extra bed in one of the bedrooms.
On the 2ᵉ floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140), offering a quiet, independent sleeping area.

Services included in the rental price:
- Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair.
- Wood for the stove provided free of charge.

- Electric heating extra according to consumption.

For stays between December and February, bookings must be made at least 8 days before the start of the stay to allow time for the gîte to be properly heated before guests arrive.
