Le Mas de Bannayoux

Couteuges is 2h30 from Lyon, 1h30 from Saint-Étienne, 1h15 from Clermont-Ferrand and 40 min from Le Puy-en-Velay. It's here that you'll discover the Mas de Bannayoux, set in 10 hectares of greenery. This old farmhouse, entirely renovated by its owners, will be the ideal place to host your events (weddings, birthdays, etc.), seminars or simply unforgettable vacations in our beautiful region. Mas de Bannayoux comprises two adjoining Holiday cottages: La Maison des Aigrettes and La Maison du Barret (each gîte can accommodate 12 people) and a 150m2 function room that can accommodate 100 people. Outside, you'll find a large, unfenced 3000m2 courtyard, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table and a secure above-ground swimming pool. On site: numerous walks and bike rides, Hiking trails... Nearby: the City of Langeac and its many shops, markets, the Allier gorges, Fishing, whitewater, tourist train on the Cévennes line, Romanesque churches, hilltop villages... A little further afield : the Botanical Conservatory and Château de Chavaniac-Lafayette, Lavaudieu and its cloister, Brioude with its magnificent church and ancient streets, the medieval town of Allègre (gallows, Mont bar peat bog), La Chaise-Dieu (abbey, sacred music festival), the village of Blesle, the Cluniac priory of Lavoûte-Chilhac, the picturesque village of St-Ilpize, the City of Le Puy-en-Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings... All shops and services in Paulhaguet (4 km). Several lively markets: Mondays in Paulhaguet, Tuesdays and Thursdays in Langeac, Saturdays in Brioude and Le Puy.

Le Mas de Bannayoux :

- La Maison des Aigrettes: Entrance to the Holiday cottage is on the 1st floor of the house, where you enter the living area comprising a fully-equipped kitchen open onto a dining table that can seat 12, and a comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and a convertible sofa (2 pers). On the same floor, you'll find a double bedroom (bed 140x190cm), a shower room and a separate toilet.
On the second floor, you'll find two triple bedrooms (1 bed 90x190cm + 1 bed 140x190cm) and a 4-person bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm + 1 Bunk beds with 1 bed 90x190cm and 1 bed 140x190cm used for 1 person only). A bathroom/WC completes this floor.
This Holiday cottage also features a private terrace.

- La Maison du Barret: You enter the Holiday cottage on the first floor, where you'll find two triple bedrooms (1 bed 90x190cm + 1 bed 140x190cm), a shower room, a separate WC and a laundry/storeroom. A sofa bed is also available in the large entrance hall.
On the 1st floor, you'll find the living area with a kitchen equipped with a 4-person dining table, a dining table for 10 and a comfortable lounge with maximum seating. On the same floor, you'll also find two double bedrooms (bed 140x190cm), a bathroom/WC and a last double bedroom equipped with a Bunk beds (2 beds 90x190cm).

The price includes: rental of the two Holiday cottages (La Maison des Aigrettes + La Maison du Barret = Le Mas de Bannayoux) as well as rental of the reception room for your events.

End-of-stay cleaning + bed linen = 380€/stay.

Towels are not provided.
