Self-contained gîte in the heart of a small wood in the Meygal forest, 1 km from Lac Bleu. This small house enjoys a privileged natural setting, surrounded by birch and bilberry trees. You'll enjoy the outdoor terrace (17 m²), the private, unenclosed grounds (approx. 1000 m²) and the small wood (1 ha) surrounding the property. Nearby: Lac Bleu 1 km away. St-Julien-Chapteuil 10 km (church, Jules Romains museum, weekly market, all shops and services).

Slightly elevated, the first floor is accessed via the outdoor terrace and comprises a living room (closed hearth fireplace, oil-fired central heating, TV), a fully-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140cm) each, a shower room and a separate toilet.

On the 1st floor, a small mezzanine with a relaxation area under the eaves and an attic bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and washbasin.

Additional services available from the owners:
- Cleaning package at 40 €, an equivalent deposit will be required if you do not take the option (to be paid on site)
- Bed linen 1 place : 9 € / Bed linen 2 places : 10 € (to pay on the spot)
- Fuel heating: a contribution will be requested by the owners in case of use.
A deposit of 100 € will be required upon arrival in the Holiday cottage.
