Le Logis d'Ama

Le Logis d'Ama is a carefully restored winegrower's house set in 450 m² of enclosed grounds planted with fruit trees, in a small village overlooking the Allier valley. Relax in the peaceful garden, where you'll find a pleasant terrace for family meals and a barbecue. Nearby: medieval village of Auzon (2 km), Champagnac lake (17 km). All shops and services in Ste-Florine and Brassac-les-Mines (5 km). A little further afield: Clermont Ferrand (60km) and Le Puy en Velay (1h).

On the ground floor of this family home, you'll find a vast room comprising the living room, dining room and kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Climbing the stone staircase, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms (1 x 160cm, 1 x 140cm and 2 x 90cm) on the second floor, a room that can be used as a children's playroom, and a toilet.

Outside laundry room with washing machine, fridge and freezer.

Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing table, bathtub.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
