1h30 from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, a few minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, at the foot of the ramparts of the Polignac fortress, Yves and Christine welcome you to their newly renovated gîte! Set in the owner's grandfather's former garden, this fully-equipped house is decorated in a sober, modern style! The main asset of this gîte is its 450m2 plot, which offers a splendid view of both the village of Polignac and the Haute Loire hills. For your comfort, rates include bed linen, towels, cleaning and utilities. Local amenities include a visit to the fortress and the village of Polignac, where you'll enjoy a wide range of activities all year round, as well as basic shops. A few minutes by car: discover the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings. A little further afield: this central location means you can easily explore the Haute-Loire region: the town of Brioude, the Allier valley and the Mézenc plateau are all just 40 minutes from the gîte!

The cottage is set in 450 square meters of fully fenced land.

Entrance to the Holiday cottage is into the living room, which is perfectly laid out to accommodate a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. A bedroom with double bed (140/190) and a shower room with WC complete the Holiday cottage.

Electric heating included in the price, subject to reasonable use (maximum 15Kwh/day).

Once in front of the gate, access may be complicated for vehicles with low ground clearance.
Sheets are included in the price, but beds are not made up on arrival. Monthly rental possible, €750.
