1h30 from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, a few minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay, at the foot of the ramparts of the Polignac fortress, Yves and Christine welcome you to their newly renovated gîte! Set in the owner's grandfather's former garden, this fully-equipped house is decorated in a sober, modern style! The main asset of this gîte is its 450m2 plot, which offers a splendid view of both the village of Polignac and the Haute Loire hills. For your comfort, rates include bed linen, towels, cleaning and utilities. Local amenities include a visit to the fortress and the village of Polignac, where you'll enjoy a wide range of activities all year round, as well as basic shops. A few minutes by car: discover the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings. A little further afield: this central location means you can easily explore the Haute-Loire region: the town of Brioude, the Allier valley and the Mézenc plateau are all just 40 minutes from the gîte!

The cottage is set in 450 square meters of fully fenced land.
Entrance to the Holiday cottage is into the living room, which is perfectly laid out to accommodate a kitchen, dining table and sitting area. A bedroom with double bed (140/190) and a shower room with WC complete the Holiday cottage.
Electric heating included in the price, subject to reasonable use (maximum 15Kwh/day).
Once in front of the gate, access may be complicated for vehicles with low ground clearance.
Sheets are included in the price, but beds are not made up on arrival. Monthly rental possible, €750.

Expérience très satisfaisante.
5/5Christine et Yves sont des personnes bienveillantes, accueillantes et de bons conseils pour les visites ou les randonnées. Ils ont su transformer "le jardin de Joseph" en un havre de paix où il fait bon vivre. La vue à 360° est grandiose. Les montgolfières et le bal des hirondelles vous accompagnent chaque matin au réveil. Que du bonheur ! Je recommande ce gîte +++

Petite maison adorable, très bien située et très bien agencée ; vue splendide sur la vallée
5/5calme absolu ; réveil par les oiseaux et les montgolfieres qui survolent la vallée ; point central pour visiter LE PUY EN VELAY, LA CHAISE DIEU et les nombreux sites touristiques de la région ; seul hic, les rues très en pente du village de POLIGNAC ; les amoureux des démarrages en côte vont adorer !

Certes, Polignac est un village accroché aux pentes d'un ancien volcan et le gite est situé aux pieds de la forteresse qui le surmonte. Merci pour votre retour positif.
