Located just a few minutes from the village with all amenities, this Holiday cottage in an old, fully-renovated farmhouse combines rural charm with modern comforts. Sleeping up to 8 people, the house offers spacious, comfortable living spaces, inviting you to relax and unwind. Set on a vast, unfenced property, the Holiday cottage immerses you in a 100% natural environment. The owner, who lives in the Semi-detached house, cultivates a vegetable garden and raises chickens. Dogs, cats, barnyard and other farm animals enliven daily life: an ideal setting for lovers of Countryside life. Nearby activities include Hiking in the volcanic landscapes of the Meygal and Mézenc, discovering the remarkable "Blue Lake", and visiting Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, a dynamic village with shops, entertainment and cultural heritage (Romanesque church, Jules Romains Museum, night market and other summer events). The famous City of Le Puy-en-Velay is just a twenty-minute drive away, where you'll discover many UNESCO World Heritage buildings: the cathedral at the start of the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, the Virgin Mary and the chapel of St Michel d'Aiguilhe. The entrance to the house opens onto the living room, which features a wood-burning stove, a large dining table and a TV lounge. The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped to prepare elaborate dishes for your entire tribe!
A laundry room and toilet complete this level.
On the second floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140cm bed and storage space. Finally, there's a large bathroom with shower, bath, double vanity unit and separate toilet.

Pets are welcome, but please note that the property is not fenced, and that the owners have their own pets: dogs, chickens and cats, and that many animals graze in the surrounding meadows.

Rates include: utilities (maximum consumption 16Kwh per day), sheets (beds not made up), towels and cleaning (the Holiday cottage must be returned in a clean and tidy condition: dishes put away, beds unmade, bathroom rinsed, garbage cans emptied, etc.).
