The gîte offers easy access to the natural beauty of the region, with picturesque hiking trails and breathtaking scenery. What's more, as the house is adjoining the owners', you'll enjoy a warm welcome and expert advice on discovering the region's hidden treasures, such as the Lavalette leisure park, the Velay Express, France's largest Himalayan footbridge, or a little further afield, the town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings.

Entrance to the house is via a small veranda opening onto a large room comprising a well-equipped kitchen, living room and sitting area.
The kitchen opens onto the terrace and grounds at the rear of the house.
A large laundry room with WC completes this level.
On the second floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms with double beds, one with 2 90cm bunk beds and a large bathroom with shower and double vanity unit.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
