1H45 from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in the heart of the Auvergne region, in a green, wooded setting, you'll find the Holiday cottage des deux sources. Set on a vast property, the Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' home and separated by a barn, is very comfortable and well-equipped, at the start of numerous Hiking trails. Whether you're looking for a clear view of the beautiful Auvergne countryside, a beautiful forest path, small bridges, pretty granite stone houses or a stream, you'll be able to explore them by bike / Mountain bike, on horseback or simply on foot... The village of Craponne sur Arzon is 3 km away, with easy access (on foot via the charming Bois de Noël Forest path, or by car) to all amenities (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, etc.). Chantal and Jean-Pierre will be delighted to welcome you and will do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The Holiday cottage can also accommodate riders with their horses (€10/night/horse), to be arranged and paid for directly with the owner. Everything has been thought out for everyone's comfort, with large outdoor areas: ping-pong table, adult table soccer, badminton, jeu de boules, small climbing wall, Kota, Remundi barbecue; for cyclists, there's a garage to keep bikes safe! Festive events are not permitted. Some interesting places to discover in the area: - The castle and village of Chalencon (St-André de Chalencon) - The ruins, village and peat bog of Allègre. - Le Puy-en-Velay city center - La Chaise Dieu abbey and classical music festival - Polignac fortress and village - Saint-Vidal castle - La Beaume waterfall - Corboeuf ravine, the Colorado of the Haute-Loire. - The Himalayan footbridge in the Gorges du Lignon - Kayaking down the magnificent Gorges de l'Allier - Mont Mézenc, the highest peak in the region... Rates are all-inclusive / bed linen, towels, household linen and heating.

On the ground floor of the gîte, you'll find a large living room equipped with a kitchen, a lounge and a sitting area. A games room and a bathroom with separate toilet complete this level.
The sleeping area is on the second floor, with 5 large bedrooms and a second shower room with WC.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts).
