Here, everything is designed with your comfort in mind. From the moment you step into the garden, you’ll feel wonderfully welcomed—the perfectly maintained, flower-filled garden invites you to play or relax! Inside, the living spaces are spacious, fully equipped, and comfortable... But what makes this holiday cottage “atypical”? There are numerous hiking trails nearby. A little further away, you can explore the Nautical Base at the Lavalette Dam, the small city of Yssingeaux, and its iconic Thursday morning market. A little further away, set out to explore the iconic sites of the Haute-Loire: the city of Le Puy-en-Velay and its buildings listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites, or the magnificent landscapes of the Mézenc Plateau.

The Holiday cottage is set in fully enclosed grounds with parking for several vehicles.
The exterior is divided into different areas: terrace, lawns, etc.

Entrance is either via a large hall or the fully-equipped kitchen, which leads to a vast living room with connected TV!

The mystery room is on the ground floor, suitable for Kids and adults.

A laundry room and toilet complete this level.
On the second floor, you'll find a first bedroom with a king-size bed (160cm) and 2 Bunk beds (90cm), and an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet.

It is a natural setting adjacent to the tree-lined path leading to Maubourg Castle.
