Le Crécerelle

Close to the Puy-de-Dôme, nestled in the hills of the Livradois-Forez Park, the village of St Hilaire is a little cocoon of greenery surrounded by majestic forests. Le Crécerelle is a recently built detached house surrounded by a vast plot of land on the edge of the village. Laurence and Michel will give you a personal welcome and share with you their attachment to this little corner of the world, their attraction for a simple life, close to nature and people. Nearby: FFC-approved bike trails, St-Hilaire distillery, specialized in the extraction of essential oils, 1.5 km away (free visits possible), numerous signposted Hiking trails with discovery of vernacular heritage (washhouses, fountains, ovens...), Champagnac Lake (5 km), medieval village of Auzon (8 km), Brioude (Hôtel de la Dentelle, basilica, Maison du Saumon...) 20 km away. All shops and services in Brioude (20 km).

First floor: laundry room, kitchen, living room (closed hearth fireplace, 1st outbreak free, then €80/week).

1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140, 2 beds 90 Bunk beds) bathroom, wc.

The Holiday cottage is not equipped with internet, but has excellent 4G coverage;

For everyone's comfort, the Holiday cottage is non-smoking.

Possibility of renting the Holiday cottage from September to June, 550 euros per month for 1 person, including water and electricity up to 8 kwh/d (excess charged), excluding fuel oil, 700 euros per month for 2 people. Pets not allowed.
