The property is located in a hamlet with easy parking.
The cottage is set in grounds of approx. 300m², landscaped and planted with trees and several landscaped relaxation areas. The Loire River is at the foot of the property, ideal for birdwatching and wildlife observation.
The house is laid out like a studio, with the living area comprising a fully-equipped kitchen with dining table and a TV lounge area with a high-quality sofa bed. A shower room with toilet completes the accommodation.

The village of Lavoûte sur Loire is located 13 kilometers from Le Puy en Velay, at the exit of the Loire Gorges. It boasts a rich historical heritage, with a superb Renaissance château and Romanesque church.
It boasts an aquatic complex with heated Piscine, Spa, hamman and Sauna, open 7 days a week.

A number of nearby walking and cycling trails will delight nature lovers (Via Fluvia).

Less than 200 m from the Holiday cottage, you'll find a grocery-bar-bread stall and an excellent Restaurant.

Near Lavoûte: Chaspinhac and the ruins of the village of Saint Quentin, Rosières with the Corboeuf ravine, St julien du Pinet with the enchanting site of the Moulin du Pinard, Yssingeaux and the Meygal massif, the City of Le Puy-en-Velay famous for its Remarkable site, its many monuments and its Saturday morning Market, the village of Polignac and its medieval fortress.
A little further afield, the upper Loire valley with the beautiful Beaume waterfall, the Mézenc massif (highest point in the Haute Loire 1753 m) with the source of the Loire and its wide open spaces, Brioude and the picturesque Allier valley... so many magnificent and Unusual places to discover during your stay in the Haute Loire.

The Holiday cottage is not equipped with WIFI, but the 4G network is excellent.
