Welcome to the Holiday cottage "Happiness is in the hay..." Roland opens the doors of his family home, which he has just finished renovating, to let you discover the authenticity of Mountain life in a spacious Holiday cottage, ideal for a comfortable stay for up to 14 people. Located in a picturesque hamlet of Les Estables, on the Mezenc plateau, it promises a warm and invigorating stay. With 5 comfortable bedrooms, a 5-person dormitory and 6 bathrooms, this Holiday cottage combines space and privacy. The decor, inspired by Mountain chalets, creates a cocooning atmosphere, enhanced by a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings by the fire. A Nature and Adventure Destination in an exceptional setting to get away from it all: In winter you can enjoy a wide range of activities: Cross-country skiing and Alpine skiing at Les Estables, snowshoeing, dog sledding... And on sunny days, you can enjoy Hiking, climbing the Mezenc or the Gerbier de Jonc, mountain biking, paragliding, etc. "Happiness is in the hay..." is the ideal place to reconnect with nature, share time with family and friends, and enjoy a unique experience in the heart of the Haute-Loire!

On arriving at the Holiday cottage property, situated below a little-used road, you'll be able to park several vehicles.
The Holiday cottage is situated on a large plot of land, left "natural" and not enclosed.
As you enter the old farmhouse, you come to the living area. Comprising a fully-equipped kitchen (raclette set) and a living room, this room offers plenty of space for everyone to feel at home.
The sleeping area, accessible from the back of the kitchen, comprises 4 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room (3 double bedrooms with 1 x 160cm bed + 1 triple bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed). A fifth bathroom completes the space.
A 5-person dormitory (5 x 90cm beds) is available upstairs.

Sheet hire €15 per bed.

The weather did not allow us to take photos of the exterior during the Holiday cottage's approval. We'll be back to take photos in fine weather.
