2nd floor: shower room with WC (electric heating with remote control), hallway with storage space and two bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds and 1 x 140cm bed).

Oil-fired heating (fixed charge of €30/week included, extra charge depending on meter), electricity included, pellets for stove supplied as an extra charge (1st bag free, then €6 per bag).
