La VillAdri

Welcome to La VillAdri, a beautiful family home located in Cohade, a small village on the outskirts of Brioude. Annie and Pascale open the doors of the house in which they have lived for almost 40 years. Here, everything has been thought out for your absolute comfort, the facilities are complete and comfortable, the place is quiet and offers a magnificent view of the Puy de Dôme, and finally the VillAdri is located not far from the main roads and in the heart of a "triangle" of listed villages: Lavaudieu, Blesle and Lavoûte-Chillac. The grounds are ideal for rest and relaxation: vegetable garden, shaded terrace and pétanque court... Numerous opportunities for country walks starting from the gîte. Less than 5 minutes away: the small town of Brioude offers many activities: Basilique St Julien, Hôtel de la dentelle, Maison de Mandrin, conservatoire du saumon, Biennale de l'aquarelle, shops and services.... Possibility of swimming at the Plan d'eau de la Bageasse, with its guinguette atmosphere and concert on Thursday evenings during the summer... A little further afield: explore the Haute-Loire region, travel up the Allier to discover the sumptuous villages along its banks, visit the unmissable town of Le Puy en Velay and its many UNESCO World Heritage buildings. Rates include charges up to a reasonable consumption of 16kwh/day.

La VillAdri is set in 1350 m² of fully enclosed grounds planted with trees and flowers, and accessed via an electric gate.
The house has a garage with motorized sectional door that can accommodate one car.
The living rooms are on the second floor of the house, accessible from the garage or from the terrace (via a paved path).
Passing through the garage, you arrive in a large laundry room that opens onto a corridor leading to all the rooms in the house.
The spacious main room features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with dining table and TV and reading area.
There are also three bedrooms, one with a 140cm bed, one with a 160cm bed, and the third with 2 90cm beds.
The bathroom has an Italian shower and a bathtub.

For babies: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, bottle warmer on request.
Bed linen 10€/bed
Bathroom linen 10€/pers.
End-of-stay cleaning 60€.
Rates include utilities up to a reasonable consumption of 16kwh/day.

IMPORTANT: Owners are required to visit the property on a regular basis to tend to their vegetable garden at the back of the house.
