This old farmhouse, fully renovated and independent, naturally air-conditioned, offers a panoramic view over the blue horizons of the sucs and the Emblavez plain. Close to the dynamic village of VOREY sur ARZON, and just for the fun of it, you can set off to discover the trails that will guide you through the heart of the Forest, approved by the murmur of a small stream, with its exceptional flora and fauna, and the discovery of a well-hidden little heritage... A living space where birds and wildlife in general feel at home. Here, an unmown meadow to promote Biodiversity, there an insect hotel, and still more nesting boxes for garden birds... The Holiday cottage produces and consumes its own green electricity thanks to photovoltaic panels. Rainwater is collected in an underground container to water the vegetable garden. A large plot of 1800 m² with an orchard for your relaxation. All shops and services are available in the center of Vorey sur Arzon, 4 km away. Hiking, sightseeing and outdoor activities are all possible from the Holiday cottage: canoeing and paddle-boating on the Loire, fishing in the streams and ponds, visiting the Blanlhac mills, hiking the Corboeuf ravines in Rosières, taking up shooting at the Beaulieu shooting range, visiting the Château de Lavoûte-Polignac or the priory at Chamalières sur Loire, wandering around the City of Le Puy en Velay with its various monuments: the statue of Notre Dame de France, the Saint Michel rock, the Hôtel Dieu, the Crozatier museum, the Camino, the Henri Vinay garden, etc. ...
