La Nichée Verte

1H30 from Lyon and 2h from Clermont-Ferrand, in a peaceful hamlet of Lapte, Cathy and Christophe welcome you for a relaxing stay in their Holiday cottage "La Nichée Verte". This characterful cottage welcomes you in a preserved environment, ideal for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. Entirely renovated with care, it combines authenticity and modern comfort for a stay in the green with family or friends! In this building, the spaces are warm and well laid out, and the layout has been designed for everyone's Wellbeing. In fact, the kitchen-dining room, 2 bedrooms, upstairs living room, toilet and shower room are accessible to people with reduced mobility, guaranteeing an adapted and inclusive welcome. Here, a sense of welcome prevails, for young and old alike, who will find: outside, a petanque pitch, a large round table and a play area; and inside, baby equipment, games and furniture adapted to Kids, a well-stocked library where everyone will find something to enjoy, etc. Attached to respect for the environment, Cathy and Christophe have designed this Holiday cottage with a responsible approach, and they will be happy to share it with nature-conscious holidaymakers. You'll have the chance to admire the flora and fauna that evolve with the seasons on the vast property! Choosing "La Nichée verte" is the guarantee of a relaxing vacation in the heart of a green setting!

The Holiday cottage is located on a large plot of land with various areas: parking area, play area: trampoline, kids' cabin, swings, slide, petanque area and a relaxation area with shaded garden furniture. It's part of a large farmhouse in which the owners live. The house has 2 floors, both accessible from the outside along a hard-surfaced path that makes it easy for a wheelchair user to get around.
On the first floor, you'll find an attractive kitchen opening onto a living area, a small TV lounge (accessible by a step) and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find 4 bedrooms (2 of which are PRM-accessible), 2 shower rooms (one of which is PRM-accessible), a large reading room and a PRM-accessible toilet.

For your comfort, rates include utilities (a reasonable consumption of 16kwh/day is expected), bed linen (beds not made up), towels and cleaning (the Holiday cottage must be returned in a clean and tidy condition). To preserve the peace and quiet of the premises, large parties are forbidden.
