"La Motte Guérut"

In Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, on the edge of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela, at an altitude of 840 m, 1h from St Etienne and 1h45 from Clermont Ferrand, in a Countryside hamlet, this single-storey Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' residence, is located in the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park. Nearby amenities: The Holiday cottage is ideally situated for discovering the Haute-Loire region, combining nature walks with its varied landscapes, Hiking and cycling tours, wonderful villages and cultural visits: - Bourianne lava flow 5 km away, - medieval village of St-André de Chalencon (11 km), - La Chaise-Dieu 24 km away (sacred music festival, abbey church), - Craponne-sur-Arzon 4.5 km (country music festival, all shops and services).

The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the Semi-detached house (the first floor is unoccupied).

You enter the living room, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge/TV (raclette and fondue machines are available on request).

A corridor leads to the shower room, WC and three bedrooms. The first is a double room with a 140cm bed. The other two bedrooms are connected, but each has independent access. One, open to the outside via the bay window, is equipped with a 140cm bed, and the other with 2 90cm beds.

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, bathtub, high chair and stroller on request.

Outside, independent entrance and grounds, private enclosed courtyard and garden.
The Holiday cottage has an enclosed courtyard (100 m²), a grassy area for relaxing and a carport or bicycle shed that can be used as a large covered terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, table soccer.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you will have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
