La Mandra

La Mandra is built into the hillside of the Massif du Mézenc, overlooking the wilderness and wide-open spaces of the region, and blending in perfectly with the landscape. Resolutely modern and original, it is also focused on sustainable development and energy savings. Nearby: Massif du Mézenc, Les Estables 17 km away (winter sports and Nordic leisure resort), St-Front village and church 2 km away, St-Front lake 2 km away.

The entire gîte is accessible on one level from the parking lot and can accommodate people with reduced mobility. The large kitchen-living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system) opens onto a sheltered terrace (gas plancha) with a view of the Mezenc.

The 4 bedrooms are spacious and equipped with private sanitary facilities: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x200, each with private shower room and independent WC, 1 bedroom with 3 beds 90x200 and 1 bedroom with 4 beds 90x200, both with shower room and WC adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Separate WC, garage for motorcycles and bicycles (bikers welcome), large outdoor space available (2000 m² lawn + meadow).

For your convenience, bed linen is provided free of charge.
All charges (geothermal heating and hot water, tourist tax) are included in the price. A €100 cleaning deposit is required. Breakfast available: €7/person.

A heated indoor swimming pool (8 m x 4 m, depth 1.05 to 1.30 m) and a 5-seater spa are available all year round, and can be used privately for 2 x 2 hours a day. Access to these facilities is included in our rates.

Baby equipment: cot and high chair.

This gîte can be rented in addition to the nearby 15-person Gîte La Redonde (see 43G15382), which sleeps a total of 26, with the option of meals at La Redonde, which sleeps 26.

Overnight rentals available for groups of 6 or more.
1/2 board available with catering service
For weekend rentals, departure Sunday 4pm at the latest.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption.
