In the center of the village of Le Chambon sur Lignon, overlooking the river Le Lignon, "La maison du meunier" is an old 14th-century building that Jean-Michel and Laurence have just restored to welcome you in a comfortable, cocooning setting. Located next to an old spinning mill, which will be converted into a gîte in 2019. The accommodation features a private terrace, reserved parking and enclosed grounds. Beauty and elegance have guided the design choices for this luminous gîte, perfectly integrated into the landscape. An old flour mill and a solar roof on the property contribute to the production of renewable energy. On site: all shops and services. Numerous hiking, biking, mountain biking, enduro, skiing (Nordic and downhill), snowshoeing, summer and winter tobogganing, dog sledding..... Trout fishing in river or pond. Water sports at Lac de Devesset (15mn) Nearby activities: climbing, horse riding, tree climbing, 18-hole golf course, paintball, skate park, tennis, sports fields (football/basketball/handball, etc.) Museum and discovery of the territory of the Just, the famous heroes of the Second World War. In the heart of the Mézenc, Meygal and Gerbier de jonc massifs, sumptuous in winter and summer alike. Just a few dozen kilometers away by car, discover the best wine cellars in the Rhône valley or the architectural dreams of Le Corbusier in Firminy, as well as the beautiful medieval town of Le Puy en Velay, 35 minutes away.

The building boasts a private, flower-filled terrace. The ground floor features a cellar with storage and a Wellbeing area equipped with a hydro-massage shower, a Sauna and light therapy lamps.
On the second floor, accessed by a magnificent original stone staircase, you'll find a magnificent living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and sitting area.
On the second floor, on a mezzanine floor, you'll find the first sleeping area, open onto the living room and equipped with a top-quality convertible sofa, and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room.

The Holiday cottage is located next to the "gîte des mots", which can accommodate up to 14 people, and the owners' holiday home. The outside spaces are laid out in such a way as not to be a nuisance.
