La Maison des Trois Sapins

1H45 from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in the heart of the Auvergne region, in a verdant, wooded setting, you'll find the Gîte des Trois Sapins. Set on a vast property, this former family home, adjoining a second home, has just been renovated to become an ideal gîte for vacations with family or friends! The decor is tasteful and harmonious, the equipment is complete and of high quality, and what can we say about the vast wooded garden: numerous shady corners for lounging, a vegetable garden for an introduction to gardening, and fruit trees for gourmets! The gîte is ideally placed for exploring the Haute-Loire region, with its varied landscapes, beautiful forest paths, lakes and rivers for swimming, and listed towns and villages! Local attractions include hiking, biking, mushroom picking, the village of Craponne and its famous market, and numerous summer events including a renowned music festival! A little further afield: the famous village of La Chaise-Dieu, Jullianges and its racecourse, or Brioude. And a little further afield: explore the whole of the Haute-Loire region, including the Allier valley, the Mezenc plateau and the unmissable town of Le Puy en Velay.

The ground floor of the house is a storage area for bicycles and other sports equipment.

The living area is on the second floor of the house, accessible from the rear of the house or via the basement.

It comprises a cosy living room with a fireplace: kitchen, living room and sitting area opening onto the garden!

Two bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet are also on the same level.

All-inclusive rates include: bed linen and towels for the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay (however, the gite must be tidy, the garbage cans and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped together in the same place, and the sanitary facilities must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if there is a large excess, it will be paid on the spot to the owners.
