This character house is located at the old 16th-century gateway to a picturesque village in the Allier gorges, below the feudal ruins. Nearby: Lavoûte-Chilhac 10 km (Cluniac priory, bridge over the Allier, swimming, whitewater sports, village), Brioude 14 km (basilica, stained glass windows, Hôtel de la Dentelle, Maison du Saumon, museum, old town, weekly market, all shops and services).

The unoverlooked outdoor area (100 m²) features 3 terraces for dining or relaxing, while children enjoy the swings.

Raised first floor: games room, shower room with toilet.

1st floor: kitchen with direct access to terrace (21 m²), overlooking living room (TV, wood-burning stove), 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 2 bedrooms (2 x 90cm beds each), one with direct access to outside terrace, bathroom, separate wc.
